I read your first post with a sense of disbelief that someone could say 'get out more', and then kick you out for doing just that. I was relieved when I saw that things have (temporarily, anyways) improved. If you want to get out from under them, now would be a good time to start planning - try to get an income (even if it's flipping burgers), save that income to get yourself transportation, and start looking for other housing arrangements. I wasn't much older than you when I hooked up with a tabletop gaming group, and got offered a basement couch until I was able to get an apartment.

(And it was totally worth it to see my parents' faces when I was toting my stuff out to the waiting pickup a week after I told them I was moving out.)

legacyme3 : Oh my Gosh, that's a sad story. I don't know what I would do if I had to deal with that! Hope it gets better, and remember when all else fails you'll always have Vizzed. It's whats keeping me sane during the holiday season, 2 weeks with nothing to do but play games and sleep.
Well anyways good luck to you man, and I hope you stay sane in New Hampshire.
