Anyway, it looks like a side profile of a girls face, and she's looking in the direction of South-West. The eye of the hurricane is her eye, and below it is her nose and below that is her mouth and chin, and to the right of that is her neck.

Maybe I'll trace it out or somethin.

I can see it... I don't know if its a women for sure though. Perpahs its and angel or demon, or medusa. I can definantly see he face though, the lips, mouth, nose, and hair.
