I have a home gym but mainly do bodyweight style. I have trained in Tai Chi Chuan plus sword and saber since 1979, also Aikido which includes bokken, tanto and jo staff since 2005. I have also practiced Chi Kung along side my Tai Chi.
I used to go to an Athletic Club by my house everyday.
But my dad started to "coach" me and I stopped. -.-
He was a coach for a kick boxing team and he kept trying to coach me like them.
Blah. I'd rather work out alone or with a friend.
Well, I'm not a sports person, but I am a part of my school's dance company. I love dance so much.
Jazz, ballet, hip-hop...it's just so awesome.
I do exercise on my own time too but only so much, you know? haha
I am involved in exercise activities. For one, being in the Army means you have PT every work morning. For an hour. Different things are done everyday, but I've mainly found myself running most days. Although I excel at it, I'm not a fan of running when I have to do it so often.
I also body build after work most days of the week. I'll head to the gym and be there for about an hour.
