I have an extremely high metabolism. I am 5"11 140.0 pounds, and i eat a lot of food. I remember i ate a full slab of ribs, half a chicken, French fries, and a potato (6 pounds of food) and i gained absolutely nothing.
Sometimes I eat alot and sometimes I dont. I stay 5'7 and right around 120. I can't gain weight even if I try and I very rarely do anything active. I assume drinking and smoking may have something to do with it, though I've majorly cut back on both.
Having a high metabolism is the best thing about myself, I think! I mean, if you know what I'm like and you want to describe me in 1 word the word would either be hungry or weird. I eat like a PIG and I haven't gained a pound in like 11 months! I'm 5'5'' and I'm 102 lbs!
I'm 6', 175-180lbs. I'm starting to lift, and I go out and jog a mile or 2 like twice a week, sometimes not though. I have something of a high metabolism, because I'm having trouble gaining weight, but I actually don't want to, lol I need 8% body fat for *visible six pack, should I accomplish my goal by summer, probably not..lazy
sooo fast -.- hate my metabolism im bulking up now and im doing well but i have to eat literally tons of food to get any muscle and to put any weight on i used to be 5.11'' and only 8.5 stone but ive managed to gain a whole stone in about 3 months, my metabolism still hasnt slowed down tho :/
