Ok, here's the diet....this would be the world's cheapest diet (and also would be fairly healthy).

Note-This is not a real diet, it's made up by me

Daily Food Consumption
Breakfast -
Ramen Noodle
Glass of 8 oz milk
Daily Diet pill (one that would provide with all the required vitamins for one day) .35 cents

Lunch -
Ramen Noodle
Glass of water

Supper -
Ramen Noodle
Glass of 8 oz milk

Snacks -
Water
(drink plenty of it throughout the day)

The Breakdown -
Ramen Noodle - 3 x .10 cents
Milk - 2 x .25 cents
Diet Supplement - 1 x .35 cents

Cost per day -
$1.15

Cost per week -
$8.05

Cost per month -
$34.50

Cost per year -
$419.75

The point is, would it be possible, for lets say a very poor person, to survive off of this kind of diet? Even the poorest person would be able to afford that, but of course, it's all a matter of needing the right supplies to cook the ramen (microwave and disposable cup + disposable silverwear works).

Vitamins do a good job at giving you what you recieve from veggatables and alot of other stuff.

Also, about what you said Zylo, not only would that be very time consuming, but you'd have to own a lot of land to be able to grow enough crops to last you for an entire year, and you'd also have to find a way to preserve those veggies. And what about watering them during the dry season? Raising crops would deffinately be a more expensive solution.
