Well as you know Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were re-released exclusively on the GC. Then Sonic Mega Collection was released on the Gamecube for about a year before a release on the PS2 and Xbox. Now Sonic Gems Collection is being released exclusively on the GC in the US. (it will be on the PS2 as well in Europe.)
Could this mean that Sonic could soon become exculsive to Nintendo? It seems that is what they are more or less doing, and it would make sense. Sega and Nintendo were the biggest competitors until Sony released the Playstation. So, this move seems like a good one for Sega. This could mean huge news for Revolution fans. Can we say, "Sonic in Super Smash Bros. Revolution?"

I think it's a bit too early to speculate on that. Remember, Sonic Heroes was released for all three systems, not just the GameCube.

As far as im concerned Sega can do no wrong, seems to me Sonic games are probly better off with Nintendo anyways.
