Do you think America will go to war with Iran?

I think it's only a matter of time. They are trying to build nukes and Israel refuses to allow that to happen. If/when Israel attacks Iran then the US will join in to help defend Israel.

And with the attitude Iran has shown over the last few years I can't imagine them backing off any time soon. It's inevitable.

Oh yes, not just a war with America, but a world war I think could come out of Iran in the middle east. Both us and Israel will be the first to get involved, the arab nations of the middle east hate us both so they'll be drawn into it.

I agree with geeo, I think the US won't strike unless Israel strikes Iran first. Then war will begin, in which the Middle East countries with Arabs in it will come as well, and an even bigger war will erupt.

No, with Obama taking the troops out of Iraq why would he not just move them over? I don't think that we are. At least not at this point in time.

billythekidmonster : .... Obama NEEDS the troops from Iraq freed up before war with Iran could happen. Otherwise you would be stretching your forces too thin. The fact that the troops have been removed makes me think that the US is preparing for a war with Iran and not the other way around.

Of course we will. And i don't think America has ever fully pulled out troops in any country we have gone to war with. we have military bases in Japan and in Germany still.

When (not if) Iran attacks Israel, there will be a war. The issue will be whether it's an all-out nuclear war. Currently the US has enough nukes to erase Russia from the world, but that would spark more trouble than it's worth. If Iran starts it and (for some reason) Russia joined our side, Iran would be wiped out.

Long story short, when Iran starts the war, they will simultaneously start the end of their little country.

One day, America will go to war with itself for being too corrupt. As for Iran, sure why not I mean we can't really stop wars its how they make their money and get their power over other nations and their resources.

Sadly this is going to be inevitable. America should just Nuke the middle east wash are hands of these stupid west for east ideals and call it a day, though I hate nuclear weapons just like Enstien, and he helped create such weapons. Couldn't we just bombard them with 1 ton shells and bombs and get the job done that way? Ironically during the cold war we gave weapons both to Iran, Iraq, and Sold Russian weapons to Afghanistan, what I'm getting at with that statement is some of this is Americas fault we should stop trying to be the puppet master and pulling the strings of less fortunate countries. Now if we do go to Iran I'm stalking up on Ammo for my house cause i know the American ppl will back the troops but not the government that sends our troops there so all of you on here that live in the United States of America be prepared for what ever sh*t hits the fan cause it well and it wont be fun so load your rifles and your shotguns and stock up on supplies now cause it could be a hell storm real fast. Well when I was in Iraq, they started shooting at me so Iran.
