It's kinda made obvious in the game. Not utterly obvious, but why else did Squall get told he looks like his mother? Also, this topic is kinda easy to get the total answer on by just researching.

At the end of the game, there's Raine's grave. Did she die of boredom? No. She died after childbirth. Laguna was just searching for who Squall always called Sis in the game during his childhood.

Look it up on the Final Fantasy Wikia if you wanna know more.

Laguna always gets Squall's junctions and stuff when the story shifts to the past in the Laguna flashbacks, and there's plenty of other stuff that hints it, but I don't feel like elaborating lol

Ditto, I don't mean to be harsh, but in this day and age there really is not much excuse for making a whole thread based around a question you could just google lol. Or read the dialogue in game :p
