No. I guess I live a very happy life. Well, Karma is bound to get me sometime.

I'm pretty happy with my life, I don't see the point of ending it, or thinking of ending it.

I believe that I'll never try to kill myself. Because I think it's a great sin(at least for Orthodox Christians, I don't know about other religions).
But during some very bad periods of my life, I wished to be dead, but not by me.
So the answer is NO.

Oh yes. I've had quite the history with suicidal thoughts. Especially within the past 4 years. I guess I get depressed quite a lot. Good thing my Lord up above Jesus Christ has been with me. Otherwise I'd have been dead by now.

I've had suicidal thoughts.... but I doubt they've been anything more than just thoughts...

I've always viewed suicide as the easy way out. Life has got to be pretty awful for me to actually consider killing myself. And even then I don't know if I could do it.

No. I've wanted to live a whole different, new life at times, but not actually commit suicide.

I'm not unhappy with my life at all. I know I'm pretty well off. A couple of times, though, I've wondered if it was worth staying in this life if my efforts here were as hopeless as they've often proven to be. I've never given myself a valid reason to kill myself, though. Heck, I don't think there is a valid reason to kill oneself.

Thoughts of what it might be like to do it, or what would god say yes. Serious contemplation no.

I've been so depressed before that I wanted to be dead. But it never crossed my mind to kill myself. I did cut myself on the leg with one of those razors to see what it would feel like and it hurt like hell. So yeah....I wouldn't put myself through that much pain.

I've never been so depressed that I've thought of killing myself, I know that eventually my life will gradually get better so why end it at it's lowest point. Just keep on and things will get better again.

No. First, it's a pretty big sin in the Catholic religion, and you'll go to hell. Second, if you commit suicide, you are being selfish. You end your life because you didn't like it. What about the people around you are hurting because you killed yourself because you weren't happy?

Actually have it on my mind quite often. I have a loving family, but that never keeps any messed up ideas out of my mind. I somehow enjoy thinking about it as much as I hate it, as well. I'm often depressed, but it can be hard for most to notice, as I don't make it noticeable. Only reason I don't act on the thoughts is just because I'm already scared enough of mental hospitals. And... Children services could take me away since I'm a minor. I'm also scared of hurting people.

It doesn't just have to be "my life sucks." Believe it or not, boredom has a hand in this. I myself have never thought these thoughts because as far as we know, we could be the only life in the universe. There was such a small chance that you would have been born. Life is something special, and I ain't letting go of it that easily.

I'm actually just sticking around since I have this odd need not to ever give up. For example, if a beta game has a glitchy area, will I stop if it isn't an area under construction? Maybe, but not likely. I got to an under construction area of the game Earth Eternal with some guys, and we all partied up. Guess what we all did. We all teamed up, revived, and attempted to get into the place. I chickened out after awhile since the mods of the game really meant business when they said, "Don't go in here."

Of course, us players got to go in before the game's original owners truly were gone. The owners are still helping the new owners out, but the new owners will hopefully make the game just as good, or even better...

Why am I talking about a anthro animal game I play on a suicidal thoughts thread? Well... My character in that game was a bit suicidal. I had him make a game out of jumping off the largest structures in the game. Okay. Humorously on topic.

During my injury, and my fight with cancer I considered it several times and was admitted to a hospital because of it. Clearly I got over it. It happens, many times its not because thing are going bad with life but caused by a deeper problem, perhaps a mental illness of some sort, I found out I have bi polar disorder and that when I am in a vary depressed state or a manic state I begin to hear voices that tell me to do things, this coupled with my cancer fight and my knee injury made like nearly impossible.

But there are various types of medications and consoling is always a good thing.

I guess I did for a short time. Partway through my freshman year of college, I nearly flunked out so I dropped out. I sort of dropped contact with ALL of my friends (including my two who I love the most). I gave up karate (which at the time was my life). That was the biggest blow because it was the one place where I could guarantee I was always happy because I had so many friends that took kickboxing with me. Being completely cut off from them and the instructors crushed me. About 6 months later I started to pull myself together and go to a community college. I restarted my Facebook to contact people. A year after that, I started reconnecting with karate. A good number of the people I knew (including some instructors) have moved on, but there are still some people who took class with me who are still there, so I'm happy.

Suicidal thoughts? No..I've never had such bad thoughts.

I did however feel like dying....I felt emotionally/psychically drained and felt like I was suffering (due to personal issues) but that's never driven me to suicidal thoughts or ending my life. My life is too precious to be cut shortly especially in the hands of myself.

I can't say that I have, and I don't think that I will. I saw the edge of death at a very young age, and I don't want to experience that again anytime soon.
