I remember in Kingdom Hearts 2, I was fighting Sephiroth and I got him down to half of his final health bar. Then I happened to accidentally run the wrong way and he hit me, knocking off my remaining health.

That sort of thing happens to me all the time! It's so irritating! Usually it happens when I'm playing a pointless game, like the helicopter game BTowns mentioned. Also, I have one of those little basketball hoops that you hang on your door/wall/whatever, and I'll spend an hour just trying to make ONE STUPID SHOT! It's so much harder than the real thing!

The first thing that comes to mind is a poisoned Pokémon. In the newer games, happiness is important and a Pokémon's happiness decreases when they faint. I hate when I'm walking back to the Pokémon Center to keep it from fainting and it faints. Once or twice, it happened while I was inside the Center.
