That's just sick and disturbing. Even if the puppies were sick, just take them to a vet and have them put down or something. And plus, even if the puppies did have parasites, can't parasites be expelled from the puppies' bodies and/or cured? But that was very disturbing.

That is such a stupid and cruel thing to do. Even if they were sick, that's still not a good excuse for throwing them in a river. She could have taken them to the vet. Sigh, people these days are just plain cruel(not everyone is but some people are). I haven't watched the video yet and maybe I will never. I'll be to sad and cruel to watch. But if I get bored one day I might watch it.

I read somewhere that the girl they apparently blamed for doing this was the wrong girl, living in the wrong country, and her Facebook and life got traumatized by anon by accident, on a false accusation. I don't know if they've found the real girl yet, though.
