In just about every Legend of Zelda game I attempt to play, the keyboard doesn't function. The only buttons that work are enter and escape. I can't get even enter my name.

Sounds like a glitch some people have.
You might need to change the control layout to fix it.
If you are using using the plugin you do this.
Double left click the game window (the part of the screen with the actual game playing on it) after loading the game.
A menu should pop up. From that menu you should be able to change your controls.
If that doesnt work then either try using a different internet browser or using a USB controller.
That's about all I can suggest.
