My favorite PSP game is Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops.

Portable Ops manages to meld the flavor of Snake Eater with the strategic elements of Acid to make a completely new title.The Subsistence Engine transitions over to the PSP extremely well. Slowdown, texture tears and camera issues hamper it though. Excellent voice acting is paired with a great soundtrack to make an excellent experience.

Recruiting soldiers is amazingly deep, and you can literally spend hours on end building your forces and taking on sub-missions. So I say, it is an awesome game.

I also like Final Fantasy Tactics : The War Of The Lions, but too bad that it was my cousins.
