Camerupt is excellent for ground and fire moves, coming with good defense and offense, but Camerupt is a ground/fire type so he has a double weakness against water. I rate him 7/10

now rate kabutops

 Ahh, good ol' kabutops. It is pretty good, except for a few qualities, but , overall, I'd have to say it's a pretty good pokemon. 
 So, I rate it an 8.5/ 10  


 Next is vileplume!!

Vileplume is used by Karen of the Elite Four. It is also very overpowered in gen. VI, learning Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance and Solarbeam. Still, because Vileplume is not only a grass type but also a poison type it's still weak to ground moves, meaning even a simple diglett can damage him pretty hard. Still, I give it a 8/10.

Noctowl is a pretty good Pokemon. As one that you can get early, its pretty strong. As a second evolution, the move set really isn't too fantastic, not saying it is bad, but not exactly amazing. 6/10

Kanastan well never really had much use for 'em.

I actually use this pokemon for Trick Room / Sunny day teams. It's very useful to me but other than those reason's it's really useless in battle. 6/10

Next Pokemon is Gastrodon.

Gastrodon is an interesting pokemon. I usually don't use it except for Diamond at the very beginning before I get a Buizel... It's a solid pokemon, being water and ground is useful but that makes it twice as weak against grass, which isn't useful. BUT it does learn Surf and I think it can learn some other HM moves like Strength, Waterfall, and maybe even Rock Smash so as an HM slave its useful. I give it... 7/10!

The next pokemon is... Dragonair!

I happen to love Dratini and Dragonair, probably just because they are cute. They really are not that great otherwise. I mean, they are only really effective against dragons, Then they generally faint quickly, or mine do. I have enthusiasm, not skill. 
I would like to hear about Kangaskhan, I spend a lot of time trying to catch one, but are they worth it?

I know this is kind of out of turn, but my original post got mysteriously deleted. I actually like kangaskhan. It's a cute pokemon, and I have fond memories of her from PMD. Still, you are asking about usefulness. I have never actually had a kangaskhan EXCEPT for in the PMD games, so I don't know a lot from personal experience. But from asking around with my friends and looking up some info on serebii and bulbapedia; I know that Kangaskhan is a solid pokemon. It has high defenses and can definitely take a hit. Since it's a normal type, it doesn't have anything its really GOOD against, but in the sixth Gen, it learns some pretty cool moves in its later levels such as Outrage, Sucker Punch, and Reversal, all of which are nice moves. It can also learn a lot of really nice TMs such as Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, and Earthquake. All in all, I give Kangaskhan a 9/10! Kirbmanboggle, you can choose the next pokemon; I just wanted to throw that out there to be useful to Melainakore.

Well, since no one seems to be able to post a pokemon after their analysis of the one prior, I will just rate kangaskhan again and then give the next user a random pokemon to rate. 

Kangaskhan is an alright pokemon I, the one good thing about it is that it has a high max Hp or 414 which can come in handy to use as a wall and stall for your team when you are in a battle, so it can take quite a lot of hits. Other than that though, the rest of its stats are average, while its special attack is below average, However with its mega evolution, its stats are all a lot stronger and it is much better in battle . It can also learn some useful moves like crunch, outrage, and mega punch which are all pretty strong moves and it is also compatible with a lot of tms. Overall I don't think it is an amazing pokemon, but I would suggest using it primarily for stalling against an opponent, and in its mega evolution, it's not half bad.
