How quickly did you get married?

geeogree : Well, we met 2 years + 2 months ago. We have been in communication every single day since then, maybe with a few exceptions.
We got married 1 year and 8 months after meeting. (We were engaged for 10 months.)
This time next year, hopefully Brian will be a resident of Canada. (:

Oldschool41 : Right now we have no plans made. We are actually in a long distance relationship right now.. so, living separately. Unfortunately there is a lot of expensive paperwork to be done. Our main goal is to save up for that, and get that out of the way so we can actually live in the same country together...

In general, we don't put a huge amount of stock in stuff like anniversaries, Valentine's Day, etc. We do romantic things for each other, but there is no pressure to do it on a certain day of the year.

ender44 : The woods, for a lot of different reasons... I was born and raised on farmland, I feel like that's where I belong. In rural areas there's room for privacy, stillness, quiet, being in nature, growing your own food, etc. All of those are important to me.

Saying this on Vizzed is probably blasphemous, but if I could only play new games or old games, I would choose new. Obviously there is a lot of innovation happening with videogames in recent years. For example I really enjoyed playing Skyrim, mainly because of the sheer size of the game, but also because of the graphics. Massive games with graphics like that didn't used to be possible. Another example: I have a Nintendo DS and it's my favourite handheld system, the touch screen technology is and continues to be something I'm totally in to.

From what I understand, it's for the same reason anything else has a visible colour: the particles in the atmosphere reflect blue light. Also, blue is the colour we see when looking at things that are very far away. For example mountains with trees on them would be green close up, but appear more violet and blue as you become further away from them.

thetruemasterofgames : I actually feel the same way as you. I have to get to know someone pretty well, and trust them, before I can develop strong feelings for someone. I guess that's why I've never had the problem of being too anxious to talk to a crush.

Do you believe that there is "love" at first sight? I was just wondering because of somebody I met a couple of days ago, actually a guy I work with. Usually new crew people I don't say Hi , I'm Laura on the first day.. but a couple of days later I will introduce myself cause I am more shy around new people I guess. And this guy I just started to talk away like crazy.. like I knew him my entire life. I really like him to but he is in a  current relationship. So I'm not going to look into it much because I definitely don't go after a guy whos in a relationship with somebody else. But I do know its possible for me to end up being his best friend. I just don't know why I felt so normal around him.. like I knew him my entire life.. and I have never had these kind of feelings for somebody. I guess I'm just more curious than anything.. he also is almost exactly like me... likes the same games and has some of the same problems.
