i havent seen a drunk person on the side of the road. that must be crazy to be drunk on the side of the road because then people would try to rip you off! I wouldnt want anyone to rip me off. Its like this, people walk by see you lying there, then they throw coins & money at you. Then you are too drunk to pick them up and other people pick up the coins and money because they think its anyones money or either you're too drunk to collect the money. But then this would be more accurate if you were homeless and drunk on the side of the road and passed out!
