I practicaly live in the library at my university. I'm there everyday when classes are in. I need absolute silence when studying, my concentration is so easily diverted by small distractions. I wish I was one of those people who need noise to study, I'd be set at home, there is plenty of noise here.

I usually prefer to visit my school library; it has a larger selection and is a lot quieter for research purposes. So, I haven't visited my neighborhood library since last summer. Usually, I visit it during the summer after my school library closes, so I should be planning a visit there soon.

I hadn't been to my local library for almost 10 years since graduating college... but about three months ago I actually had to go as I was putting some historical information together for my company and needed to use their microfiche to look at print from over 100yrs ago.

I probably won't need to go back for some time.

I go on a regular basis now that I have a kid. So much cheaper to go there and grab books to read for bed time than to buy them.

I've probably gone more times since my daughter was born than I ever went before. I think I went to the library to study one time.... I passed the test I was taking so it must have worked

I think there is something to be said about doing things the old fashioned way. The internet has it's good points, but I think having a real book to hold is also important.

I used to go to the local library fairly often to use the internet and would borrow books, but since getting the net at home I ended up going less and less.
Not that I dont like books, just that it isnt a main priority for me to read them at the moment.
Plus we tend to buy books if we like them so we don't use the library as often as someone who relies on it as their sole book source would anyways

Since I'm a student, I use the university library quite often, several times a week during exams. I also drop by the public library once in a while for books, comics and games (That's right, you can borrow computer, X360, PS3 and Wii games at my library), or just to read the newspapers for free over a cup of coffee.
