I usually take showers everyday, if not every other day. Deodorant i use after every shower or when ever i stink. I don't brush my teeth as much as i should. Guess i need to do that more often. So basically i do keep up regularly, but maybe if i'm depressed/stressed i tend to slack off a little bit more on the hygiene. For the most part though it's regularly.

I found that by brushing my teeth longer, it makes up for not brushing them later on. I usually brush my teeth though, but sometimes, it's a busy night and I'm just beat. They're pretty white. They're not sparkly, but it gets my girl friends (NOTICE THE SPACE) jealous.

I shower everyday unless I'm spending the night writing an essay. In the summer I often take two showers. I don't sweat that much so if I don't put deodorant on, it's not so noticeable (it is in the summer though lol).
