I think I've got it worked out for you, but just so everyone else can see. As far as I know you cannot directly upload your pic to the site, so, what you have to do is use a diffrent site (Imageshack, Photobucket, etc, etc) Upload that picture then afterwords at the bottom of that page it'll give you the link for that picture, you copy that link then come back here, get in your reply then type

paste link here]

And bingo

You can do this once per post.
If you want to add an image you find on the internet, either from a website or one you have uploaded to Imageshack, Flickr, Photobucket, etc. you need to use BBCode.

I actually had trouble with this a little bit before i would have the picture in the text area but when i preview to post, the picture does not display.

So you actually can't preview post and see your picture, you can only use attach and submit.
