Well I'm sorry but not all the emulators are Mac friendly as of now. Did you try double-clicking the game screen. Not right clicking but left clicking it, two times. A pop-up menu should appear with a save option available within it. Be sure to save in-game first before doing this. To load just double click the game screen and click load. That might help.
