I've tried to add a picture attachment about three times now, and every time they didn't work. The pictures have all been below 200 Kb, and they were all of varying sizes.

Is there a size limit on images that I should re-size them to fit within, or do they get scaled down?

Otherwise, I can't think of what the issue might be. Please help?

the most likely problem is that the format is upper case instead of lower case.... try that out.

Other than that I have no idea =/... but it's a problem I've run into myself.

Alright, one of the things I've tried uploading was in upper case, but the most recent one is lower, I'll try it again right now. Perhaps the problem was the space between the two words in the file name?

Still not working. Do I have to place a tag somewhere on the page for the image to show up, or do I just put it in the upload image box and it shows up on the bottom of my post?

all you need to do is pick the file you want uploaded and it happens automatically.... or at least it should. =/

I have no idea what the problem is.... you might want to try renaming the file so that it's 1 solid word instead of having a space. That might help.

None of my pictures work unless i sign in and use my myspace to shrink them and some of my people have edited my best pics into strange shapes... LOL so i assume those dont even have a chance of working...

I got lucky enough to have a handful of pictures that must be just the right size but 9 out of 10 i'm unable to put on my profile.

I'm not sure but are you trying to place an image from another site in upload box? You need to select a picture from your computer by clicking on browse and then upload.

As geo said it needs to be undercase and below 200kb's.

I put it in the picture attachment thing, but when I preview or submit my post, it disappears. I tried re-making the file, with the same everything, and I'll try uploading it right now.

Okay, so now it works. That's really weird. Well, anyways, my uploads are working now so I guess my question has been answered. Well, I made it work for another image. It seems like scaling down the width helps, as well as putting it in .gif I tried the same image with the same file name as a .jpg and it didn't work, but when I put it as .gif it worked on my first try. Maybe .gif is more upload compatible? lol
