Mega Man games are known for their characters. Indeed, so many times a robot master has become popular. What I mean is they appear in multiple games and are often recognized. Pharaoh Man is one of those characters. He made his debut in the hit Mega Man 4. Since then he has appeared in multiple games.

Background- Pharaoh Man was created by Russian Robotic Scientist Cossack. He created Pharaoh Man after an Egyptian Pharaoh possibly after King Tut. He was originally designed to explore Egyptian ruins. In addition, he was given the Pharaoh shot as his weapon to not just explore but protect the ruins from looters. However, Dr. Wily took Cossack's daughter hostage and forced Cossack to work for Wily in his latest scheme.

Wily took Pharaoh Man and modified him into a tough combat type robot. He gave him more weapons. Pharaoh Man took over an Egyptian ruin and made it his base. His base has several traps such as pits, spikes, quick sand, and enemies that hide behind walls in it. He anticipated Mega Man's rival. Eventually Mega Man confronted Pharaoh Man. Pharaoh Man came close to defeating Mega Man due to his high combat skills. However, eventually Mega Man got the upper hand and defeated him.

After the events of Mega Man 4 Dr. Wily rebuilt Pharaoh Man and he was one of the first four robots to launch an attack in Mega Man IV for Game Boy. In this game he fights like he did before, but once again is defeated by Mega Man after a tough battle. He made cameo appearance in Mega Man 7.

In Mega Man 2 the Power Fights he appears again once again working for Wily. Wily seems to favor him due to his combat abilities. However, it is revealed when he is not working for Wily he lives in an Egyptian Ruin living the high life outside of employment.

Appearance- He is a human based robot molded after an Egyptian Pharaoh. He has a helmet that resembles what is believed the real life King Tut wore. He is mostly seen with blue, and yellow armor. He sometimes has green on as well. He has cannons on his hands that he fires his signature weapon. He can sometimes have things on that allow him to float or teleport in the air.

Personality- He is a natural born leader and great strategist. He is very effective at what he does even after being modified by Wily. He is also loyal to Wily due to how many times he has been called on by Wily. He also collects large amounts of treasure. He hates tomb raiders and pirates though. Even after being modified by Wily he will protect his turf at all costs. It is also revealed he is very bashful with women and sometimes can be a womanizer. This can cause him to loose focus at times as he is a charmer.

Attack- In his debut game he moves around at a very fast pace. He will try to close in on the player, run into the player or jump on them. He also loves to spam his pharaoh shot weapon. He can charge his weapon up to deal more damage. In Mega Man IV for Game Boy he has the same attack pattern. In other games he has the ability to teleport in the air and float even while doing attacks. Therefore, he can be very difficult. In some games he can even summon zombie mummy like robots to attack the player.

Weakness- He is very sensitive to flashing light as it stuns him thus he is weak to Flash Stopper in both games he appears in. This is cause the bright flashing lights hurts his eyes. He is very difficult to beat without his weakness. In Mega Man IV his weakness is once again Flash Stopper. In future games he is weak to boomerang like weapons as they knock him out of the air and can keep him from teleporting or floating.

If the player defeats him they will get his Pharaoh shot weapon. The weapon can be fired in a regular plasma fire ball or it can be charged up. When charged up the fire ball will float above the players head and can be released at enemies for extra damage. In the power fighters they will get his pharaoh wave. a wave of heat that can hit multiple opponents.

Here is his CD Data

An investigator type robot made to explore and protect the pyramids. He has several henchmen working for him.

Good Point- Great Leadership

Bad Point- womanizer

Likes- Treasure

Dislikes- Robbers and Pirates

Him being a womanizer is a bad point because he is a charmer and he can sometimes loose focus on what he is supposed to be doing. He likes treasure because he is supposed to protect it and he has lots of it. It is implied he is very wealthy. He dislikes Pirates and robbers because they still artifacts and his treasure.

Pharaoh Man is a very popular robot master given how many times he has appeared in future games. He is also recognized outside of the Mega Man franchise. Given how many times he works for Wily its obvious that Wily values him mostly for his combat skills. He is very effective at what he does.

As stated when he is not working for Wily he loves loving the high live collecting treasure and being a charmer. On the other hand, that can sometimes get him into trouble by loosing focus. In games he does not actually participate in he makes cameo appearances. This concludes the Pharaoh biography.
