No. The magicians you see like David Blaine and Criss Angel do nothing more than combine psychology, science, and things like clever distractions and misdirection to fool you into believing they made...idk a card disappear or something. But also, in terms of black magic, which it seems like your referring to, I personally don't believe that exists either (I think people just like lighting candles), but I've heard from my friends that in some extremely rare cases it's possible, but its a guaranteed one-way trip down to the fire below...

Well I would say a certain type of magic that uses numbers to calcuatle the possiblity would be possible but other than that I find it highly unlikely magic could be real unless someone turned the other into a cow.

I believe that magic exists as far as you believe in it, and the more you believe in it the more it can affect you. This may have to do with the power of suggestion or some other form of psychological tricks, but as long as you believe in it and it exists to you, what does it matter if it exists for other people? You know it exists, since you believe in it.

Magic to me is very interesting, with the animals turning into other animals, and the transportation, but magic is fake.

If you watched the shows the Secret Magic Revealded shows, magic contains alot of distractions and alot of practice. The show also shoes that magic contains alot of coreagraphy.

The magic of fire, water, and lightning also looks cool and interests me, but it is fake.

For Example:

Now a scientist or someone else says he is going to make water blue with food dye, bam he adds three drops and it becomes blue.

Lol, that about painfully sums it up. Magic is made from magicians are only illusions and tricks. If you see a guy doing magic in a magic show, then you know that it is a trick... I actually learned to do many magic tricks a few years ago, when I was interested in magic tricks. There is no "magic" that magicians use, that exist today.

This thread is interesting because my dad is a mentalist who travels around the world performing. Anyway, it is all mind tricks he uses to perform succesfully, however he never told me how he actually does it. That is what makes magic, or in this case mentalism, look so real.

It would be the coolest thing if magic was real, the humans average survival rate in the world would increase, war would become interesting, and schools would have to start teaching us how to use supportive spells (final fantasy curaga!)
