Klump is a Kremling that first appeared in Donkey Kong Country. He has become a regular character in the Donkey Kong franchise, so let's learn about him.

Not much is known about Klump's history. He does mention that he has an older brother. In the Donkey Kong Cartoon The Pirate Scarvey was revealed to be his brother, but it is not known if that was cannon or not. He is a high ranking member of the Kremlings. He and Krusha often lead the Kremling troops on missions ordered by King K Rool. Basically, Klump along with Krusha are King K Rool's top generals in the Kremling troop.

In the very first Donkey Kong Country Game King K Krool orders his army to steal DK's bananas. Klump and Krusha lead the troops to the Kong's banana hoard. DK's Nephew Diddy was standing guard. While Diddy put up a fight. Krusha knocked him out and Klump sealed him in a barrel. He is seen throughout the game often with other Kreemlings around him suggesting he is acting as their commander.

In the Second Donkey Kong Country Game he alters his costume. Instead of his military gear. He has a pirate hate and eye patch other one of his eye's. He goes by the alias Kannon. In the DK 2 booklet it states looks like Klump can shoot. In this game he fires cannon balls at the Kongs. While it is not mentioned given how he is a high ranking member. He probably was a high sea rank since DK 2 is a Sea/Pirate based themed among the Kremlings.

In Donkey Kong Country 64 and future games he is back in his regular military gear. With his military helmet and officers patch. He has obtained this look over the past several years.

Personality Wise- In the video games he has a serious attitude as he is a high ranking member. He often gives orders to troops under him. He also seems to take pleasure in serving King K Rool. Basically, he takes his job very seriously. In the Donkey Kong Animation cartoon he was a high ranking Kremling like in the video games. However, this version of Klump was a blunder and a klutz. He was also a little bit dim-witted.

Appearances- Klump is often portrayed as having green or brown skin like an alligator or crocodile. In most games he wears a helmet with an officer symbol on it. He also sometimes has shoulder pads and a military belt. As I stated when the Kremlins adopt a Pirate gimmick. He puts on a pirate hat and eye patch. No matter how he is dressed up as he is a large obese kremling.

Abilities- While Klump is not the fastest Kremling. He makes up for it with power. He can be a tough Kremling. He loves to use his weight advantage in battles. His helmet will protect him from most attacks, although Donkey Kong can still knock him out by jumping on him. Most of the other characters have to roll into him or throw a barrel at him. He also knows how to use all kinds of weapons such as guns, cannons, and grenades. Moreover, he is also an excellent military leader.

Attacks- In most games he will try to walk into the player to use his girth. In other games he will try to shoot or throw a grenade at the player. In Donkey Kong Country 2 he shoots cannon balls at the player. He also likes to use his helmet to push smaller Kongs back often sending them into the pits.

Weaknesses- Donkey Kong can defeat him with one jump. But Diddy, Dixie and others have to roll into him, throw a barrel at him, or use an animal buddy.

Allies

King K Rool- He is one of King K Rool's top general/commanders. He serves King K Rool with little question. He looks up to the King and wants nothing more than to earn his praise.

Krusha- Klump is best friends with King K Rool's other top general/commander. The two often lead the troops together. If Klump gets into trouble he often calls his best friend in to help him as Krusha is very though and powerful.

Other Kreemlings- Even though Klump orders them around like a typical commander would. He cares for soldiers underneath him.

Enemies-He is an enemy to all the Kongs due to him carrying out King K Rool's plans. He lead the troops to steal DK's banana hoard. Helped kidnap DK, and even invaded DK Island. Even though he is enemies to the Kongs he does respect them. In some games he even gives them a salute when they defeat him.

In summary, Klump is a very large but powerful Kremling and one of the more reoccurring ones. Therefore, he has become one of the more popular enemies in the DK franchise. This concludes the bio.

He sounds like he is someone who is smart but is also dumb. Also, King k Rool's Theme or whatever is amazing. I think this is a good review on Klump, and that he wants to get more Banna's is funny.

Dauntez: Yeah he is one of those that can be smart but also can be a blunder. He mainly wants the Bananas because King K Rool orders him to steal them. That was King K Rools way of trying to take over DK Island by taking DK's food supply in hopes he would leave the Island. I have always wondered what would King K Rool would have done if DK actually did leave the Island what we he have done with all the bananas since him being a reptile probably would not have ate them.
