I usually work out before lunch, or before super. I like to get done working out when super is done so then I can just right away. The latest I've done a serious work out was at some time around 6:00 PM.

But what time do you like to work out? Early, late, mid day? You have to be in the right mindset to workout late, at least that's the way it is with me.

When I actually do go it is like 2:30 or 3am till about 4am. I usually try to go before work get a decent shower so I don't smell. No bad comments yet. Also the fact there is a lot less people that early in the morning. Kinda a small gym so if there is more than 7-10 people I feel like you would be waiting a lot.

I try not to work out at all. In early 2021 I got into using Fitness Boxing and only after like 2 or 3 weeks was when my main injury happened. Haven't done any form of real working out since then but I increased my walking by around an extra 5,000-10,000 steps per day since then. Most of the extra walking is done in the morning before work or at night as part of a bonus walk.

I prefer to work out at night when I'm unlikely to eat anything else to really feel like I'm helping my body burn fat at night I have no idea if that actually helps but that's when I enjoy it the most.
