Junaid raza : depends on what types of games you want to play and the budget you are on. mainly any new laptop can play indie and retro games. but if you are going to play comp games (ex: Overwatch, Valorant) I would get the acer nitro 5 with the rtx 3050. It can also play AAA games on medium settings in 60fps.

Some laptop models that are good for gaming and can handle demanding games smoothly include the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14, MSI GS66 Stealth, and Razer Blade Pro 17.

Sorry, I just saw this post. I was not on this site much in March due to severe weather outbreaks. As for the laptop it really depends on what type of games you are wanting to play.

If your looking to play older games like NES, Sega, SNES and Play Station I games. I recommend Dell Inspiron series, Lattitude Series, HP 17 inch or 15.6 inch. You want the computer to have at least 2.4 GHZ to run the older games.

If your going to play newer games. I recommend Dell Latitude 5540 with 4.6 GHZ, Iris Graphics, at least 16 ram in memory and 512 gb.

I have heard from my friends that they have HP's and Acers and really like them.

Basically a good rule of thumb
Older games you need a computer with at least 8 memory ram, 2.4 or greater of GHZ

Newer games are in HD mostly so you will need at least 3.5 GBZ 16 ram and 512 to run.

I forgot to add it also depends on what emulators you are using. Some emulators need power while others do not.
