Let us all celebrate that Earth has completed its ninth lap around the sun since the day I happened to register here!
Okay, now put your drinks down, because things get serious from here on. Basically, we use these threads to reflect on what we've achieved site-wise in this period of time, but I don't have much to say on that aspect I'm afraid. I ended 2021 with a decent level of activity, but in comes 2022 and I have essentially gone MIA in this beautiful Land of V.
Since I moved out, I'm having trouble coming back here. I basically made life on my room when living with my parents, but now I'm free to use my whole place as I wish. I'm building new habits, taking care of things, and that's mainly the reason why I don't even turn on the computer for days. Not even when I was left alone at my parents' house did this happen.
For those thinking that's not the entire story... you're absolutely right. Life is basically throwing adversities at me one after another, and I'm currently enduring my toughest time in this planet. Right now I'm under preparation for a colonoscopy because apparently my medication isn't doing its job anymore and I might need a change. And this isn't the worst of them all.
Enough with the somberness. I'd like to be active around here, even if it's not everyday as it used to be, and I want to return to writing. I need to keep myself productive until my course resumes, and I definitely need to get some hobbies to kill time. I just hope real life allows me to fulfill these "promises" to a certain degree.
Next year will be a special celebration, so I hope I can say I'm active once again. And hopefully it won't be such a somber celebration as this year, but I can't promise that.
And for all of you americans reading this, since Europe is ahead of you in the timezone aspect, happy 4th of July! Having a festive monday is one of the best things in the world, so enjoy it to its fullest if you can.
