Off the top of my head I'd have to choose the Forest Temple theme from Ocarina Of Time. That song is song an immensely beautiful composition for it's time that still holds up as one of the most mystical and serene music tracks I have ever heard. I love the whole composition of the entire soundtrack by Koji Kondo, and his style of using samples in unique ways shined greatly through this game, and the Forest Temple theme is a great example of that.
