Has anyone else tried using gamification on a practical level in real life to get things done or accomplish goals? I have adult ADHD and I find that this can help, but I'm looking for more ideas. I'm not super tech-savvy; I'm more of a paper person, but I've heard there are some good apps, too.

Dude I got a VR headset and started playing Rhythym & Fitness games. One month later I started going to the gym. Now I'm more fit than I have ever been in my life and I feel so good! I even started trading crypto and stocks... gg.
