Well, i did originaly intend to complete every single final fantasy game in 1 year. I started going mad when i started playing FF1. Seriously , how much game play can a nintedno game have. I played for 2 and a half hours, and i didnt even think the ending would be close. So, FF Mission, Suicide or Success?

You COULD, but you'd have like, no life...You couldn't even go to school or work even. I'd think you'd burn yourself out if you tryed it, but good luck...

You could make it IF..... you plan it out over the couse of a year. Take three weeks for each game. That will give you enough time.

I think you'll get bored with it and start playing Starwars! HA! But lets face it Bob, you don't have a PS2... or a decent computer! HA!

I think you can do it, If I could beat the megaman anniversery collection in less than a week then you can do final fantasy in less than a year if you run right past the story. hehe

I dunno, I have no life as it is, and it takes me a long time to finish a final fantasy game, so all I can say is good luck! Tell me if you do though.

My records for completing FF7 alone was 23 hours and than i got 15 hours. Its hard but not impossible.

Well, i wouldnt do it in one year. Just over a large period of time. And for your information IceWave, i dont have a PS2, but you not very up to date in the whole xbox mod chipping thing. Probs not this comp expo, but next one. And my comp only has to run NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GBA... and ill be gettn a new computer next year for my uni course

THERE WILL NEVER BE A HALO 5! But you can do it in less than a year if you have your FF's set up in order right after you play it and such.

2.5 isn't a CD though it is coming pre installed on the neXtBox which comes out soon... less than a year supposed to be. 2.5 is going to have all the stuff 2 didn't have in it. EG: maybe the ATV, AI for single player battles (You VS Computer) things like that... Maybe.

You could probably finish all the FF games in just over a month actually. You'd have to know exactly what to do in all of them, though. I remember my brother and I raced through FFIV to see who could complete as much of it as possible and finish the game. He used an emulator while I used the playstation version and it took only a couple days of real playing and we both pretty much finished everything except the extremely long things based on luck(ie the stupid tail...) and finished the game about the same time. Actually, I won because I beat the final boss and he died haha.

Anyways, there are some games, like FF8 that are really quite short if you play it right. Almost from the beginning of the game you can be strong enough to kill some bosses in just a few hits with Squall. And if you play FF9, you can try and go for the time needed to get the excalibur II, and even if you don't get it you'll have finished quickly. The old FF games will be the hardest ones to do quickly. I tried to race through FFVI and got to one boss that took me hours to beat because I was severly under leveled. But yeah, good luck. If I can get my parents to buy me a new PS2, I'm going to do the same exact thing with ya. Except I'm going to try and complete them all in the course of one summer vacation

Why would you want to rush through? That's not the point of RPGs anyway, your supposed to go through it at a relative pace because there is so much hidden stuff, especially with Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, and other Square RPGs.
