EasyRPG lets you play and make RPG Maker 2000 and RPG Maker 2003 games. I realize those 2 applications are outdated but they also have a massive library of games that fans have made over the past few decades. Also, EasyRPG is free.

EasyRPG recently got an HTML5 port. This would allow me to add it to Vizzed and I'd be able to add 100s of fan games to the site. And since it also lets you create your own games. you'd be able to make your own games right on Vizzed and then publish them to the site for others to play. This also opens the doors for collaboration.

I'm also on board of adding it. The Game Design forum could have new life infused with this, and we could also diversify more the contests and tournaments with easy to play games, as well as even promote the creation of games by our userbase.

Who knows, maybe thanks to this we can have a version of the Vizzed Battle Arena or Vizzed Card Game effectively created, or even adapt some features of Vizzed GO. Some people would say I'm overly optimistic, but dreaming is free of charge at least to my knowledge xD

I don't have much to say on the possibility as it wouldn't be a feature I personally would use in terms of creating games at least I don't believe I would however I do think seeing what users could come up with would be fun and I agree with Palen it would be a good way to promote the creation of games in our userbase and I also have the hope that if were lucky someone might create the Vizzed Battle Arena or Vizzed Card Game with it.

Question is, are you hoping for people to upload their own games here? 2k and 2k3 games are different from ROMs in that a lot of the people who made them are still around and aren't always happy if others try to host their work, especially on a site that has ads. I'm sure you should be able to get a decent library of games that were entirely abandoned or uploaded by their creators, though, and EasyRPG is improving fast. If it's ever possible to build for HTML5, mkxp-z would also be worth looking into.

If this was a feature when I was 12, I'd think it's super cool. So this is probably a great idea, one of the best I've heard. Especially if you can add a ton of fan games to the library. I don't think people will be making many unless activity gets a boost, plus I'm a VX person myself.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
