This is something that happens often, especially with Viz transfers. This probably happens to me like 5 times a month. But there doesn't seem to be a way to get the content of the message and you can't get rid of the notification unless you Mark all as read, which can be a pain if you have other unread messages that you haven't gotten to yet.
