Controls dont work on NeptunJS emulator

Yesterday, i realised i posted on the wrong thread my post, so im going to put it here. Anyways, recently i started to play Digimon World 1 using NeptunJS emulator, because for some reason Mediafen does not show image, only sound. The game was fun, except when after a certain number of save files used, the newest save file i loaded would allow me to use controls. Like, no matter what button i pressed, nothing happened. I even looked at the controls configuration and even tried using a PS3 controler but nothing happened. Is this a common issue and if so, does it have a solution?
