so the last of us part 2 came out yesterday and i started playing it after i had dinner and played the neogeo collection samurai showdown and got to playing the game and i heard people are not enjoying the gameplay just rambling over the main character from the first game dies from an antagonist because they think she an transgender no i dont have a problem with trans genders and the metacritic user score is at a 3.4 because of review bombers and the game crtic score is an 95 which is good im jsut curious

Actully its more than that people are not enjoying the game mainly is the story mode the graphics and gameplay is amazing but the fans feel the story was mislead its didnt continue properly from the first game so...they felt betrayed. a lot of people didnt want to play as abby and they founbd out....elle and joel are the villians in last of us 2 apparently :/

It's quite a similar case to Metal Gear Solid V... the gameplay is absolutely phenomenal in that game, but the story just sucks and completely fails to live up to the precedent that the rest of the series made. In the end, it just depends on what you're playing The Last of Us for - story or gameplay. Still, I do think you could probably get equal/better gameplay from other games that don't have a giant con to them...
