The problem is when I want to play on the console the message "FATALERROR: Unable to complete window creation" comes out, I don't know what to do because everything is going well, when I choose the game then when loading the second screen that error comes out. Thank you.

Is this all games, or have you only been trying it with a specific one?

I'm not terribly knowledgeable on the RGR (a shame considering my administrator position) but I'll try to help you through this as the error message is at least something I can understand, lol

I intent to open the game but I can't do it.
My steps are:
1. Open the web page and put my identity and password.
2. I watch my mail (announcements, private messages)...
3. I choose my game in Retro Game Room (for example: x-men for Arcade)
4. When I've found my game. I choose my emulator (Mame/mess) and then I make a click (Play game)
5. A new screen comes out, and when you just load process bar, a message goes down that says "FATALERROR: Unable to complete window creation" (you send a capture image).
What can I do? Thanks.

I looked into it, and this is an issue with the Arcade emulator specifically. Do you know if you have DirectX installed onto your computer? Do other non-Arcade/MAME video games work?
