A way to default on Desktop Mode?

My tablet runs Desktop Mode incredibly easily. I find the mobile site to be incredibly annoying. It doesn't have things I would like it to, such as layouts. I'd like to levy a suggestion for Desktop Mode permanence in profile settings, if possible. Now, if I update my Ipad, I can get this without site assistance, but I don't want to lose my jailbreak. Is there a way to accomplish this? Perhaps a redirect for those who are logged in with this setting?
Scrolling down every time isn't fun, especially when I open a new page and it reverts.

I haven't confirmed, since I don't want to but I'm pretty sure if you switch to Desktop mode at the bottom of the page, that it will be permanent.

Whenever I'm forced to Switch to Desktop mode, it changes on all tabs, not just the one I was on, and it stayed on Desktop mode until I changed it back. So if you don't change it back to tablet mode, it might stat in Desktop mode for a while.
