I've restructured the new log system so that all logs can be recorded for security reasons. Previously, logs were only recorded if your user ID was lower than 100000 and randomly 10% of the time. Now all logs are recorded.

To make this possible, I had to split the logs up by month and also had to give the logs a separate table for the current day (which gets distributed at the end of each day). So I'm not sure if this will cause the site to be faster, slower, or the same. I'm also not sure if this could potentially cause issues with some sections of the site so be sure to report any issues that started happening after this thread was made (specifically issues with pages taking a while to load or not loading at all).
