Hello, I've been a member for a bit (albeit a silent one) and figured that I should go ahead and say hi instead of staying in my shell.


Just a little bit about me; I'm currently studying computer science and I love old arcade games. It's a bit odd since my friends stick with more modern games, but I like how deliberate many older games feel. The big dream is to code my own arcade-style games and open my own arcade... but boy is that a long way down the line.

I'm also pretty into Pac-Man Championship Edition DX - If anyone else deems themselves a solid CEDX player, I'd love to chat.

Being into old Arcade Games makes you a more unique individual. Most people simply think of "classic" games as the NES and SNES stuff, but Arcade Games opens up a whole new avenue.

Unfortunately, there's no non-redemption arcades whatsoever where I live. However, there is one a few miles away from my college, so I've gotten a chance to play some things like Marble Madness, Defender, Block Out, and Venture. Playing games in arcade cabs feel totally different than playing them any other way, if you ask me.
