I'm new and i was wondering whats the point in getting stuff from the item shop. who are you putting the stuff on? what character? i picked a mortal combat character is that who i'm putting the stuff on? and if so who am i supposed to fight? and how and where? I'm sorry for the long question i'm kinda dingy hahaha

well, currently it's just for fun. The items and stats are meaningless.

However, if there is ever a battle hack for this site then the gear will determine how good your character is at fighting.

The mortal kombat character is a rank for how many posts you have and has nothing to do with the gear.

You would fight other members of the board.... but you can't right now because there isn't a battle hack to do it on.
