Paperboy for Genesis classgame
So like I said in the Video game franchises thread, I want this game to have a comeback, it really missed the DS boat and it shouldn't miss the Switch boat. I actually first played this as a Tiger Electronics game over 20 years ago
Gameplay and story: It's like this, you deliver your papers without any misses or you will lose your subscribers, it's not like it's a save the world from aliens story, get a perfect round and you gain or regain subscribers
Graphics: they aren't anything to write home about, but for some reason I feel that no matter which version I play the graphics will be the same
Sound: okay also nothing to really write home about, except we actually hear the character talk when we crash into something
Addictive: well it kept me coming back after the game was over
Depth: This has alot more to offer than the Tiger electronics game you have more obstacles to avoid, but you could get away with alot more in the tiger electronics game, you can break a window without consequences
Difficulty: they do have difficulty settings and you can figure out which street you want to do, so it depends on your
selection
Overall: I plan on every single Paperboy game that is out there on the site (the N64 game I will have to rely on a different site as it doesn't really work for me on this computer.... as the screen doesn't show up all the way on RetroArch and as a result it would be pointless to try to play it on this computer)
I give this an 8.5 and I look forward to playing more of the games
