Robo Warrior Review!
A review for the Tour de Vizzed made by Seishiro Leonhart himself!

Time for a Review made by me because [s]I feel like doing it![/s] of the Tour de Vizzed, yeah let's put the cards on the table, I'm not a Game Reviewer, but I'm making this because somehow on this month I'm unable to do Staff job (I don't feel like doing any work on this month), but let's start this review, I'll try to make it as better as I can.

I remember playing this game when I had my NES emulator CD when I was young, me and my brother found this game and we enjoyed to play it, I don't have much memories of this game, but I remember I used to play this game a lot.

In this game you take control of a robot called ZED, also known as Z-Type Earth Defense.
Desperately looking to combat the overpopulation of Earth, scientists worked to create a artificial planet called Altile, which got the name of the scientist who created it. In the duration of the construction of the planet Altile, the humanity became united and peaceful. During this new time of progress, Earth decommissions the RoboWarriors, a force of heavily armed anthropomorphic robot war vehicles, but instead coming from another dimension, certain aliens naming themselves the Xantho Empire, by the command of the being Xur invade planet Altile and terraform it for their own uses. The only survivors of planet Altile send out a distress call to Earth. Copying the message, Earth people quickly activate the latest and most powerful of the RoboWarriors ever known, a model known as ZED (Z-Type Earth Defense) and send it at top speed to Altile.

Now it's time to make the review of this game.

Graphics: 8

I admit that I like this game graphics, the look of the game gives the game a nice look, making it look interesting to play, I probably could be wrong, but this is how I see this game, but as of something new, I don't see much, just smooth graphics, nothing more to say, I would give this an 8 for nice graphics and low overall grade for the game.

Sound: 8

The music of this game is nice to my ears, I could hear the main theme (the music when you start playing the game, the first stage) for a long time before getting tired of it, the music of the dark places and the main are good to me, I would give this an 8 because of the quality of the music and because of the current grade for the game.

Addictiveness: 7

This is a game that I could play it for a good amount of times if I die at the beginning of the game, since I didn't lost much things behind, so I start the game over and over again, but if I lose in a later pat of the game I don't want to play it for a little bit, but then after a while I want to play it again and I do it, 7 should be a good rate for this game.

Story: 7

You take control of a robot called ZED, also known as Z-Type Earth Defense.
Desperately looking to combat the overpopulation of Earth, scientists worked to create a artificial planet called Altile, which got the name of the scientist who created it. In the duration of the construction of the planet Altile, the humanity became united and peaceful. Copying the message, Earth people quickly activate the latest and most powerful of the RoboWarriors ever known, a model known as ZED (Z-Type Earth Defense) and send it at top speed to Altile.
I think that this story was a bit well planned in my opinion, 7 should be good enough.

Depth: 6

When I played this game on Highscore mode, I used over 1 hour to before I died over half of the game, while destroying everything on my path (the obstacles) and going into the dark places to get items and finding the secret places, I believe 6 should be good enough.

Difficulty: 5

For first timers, you will have some problem, probably because you didn't knew of the existence of a menu with the Select button or because you blew ZED's bombs on yourself by accident, but once you get the hang of the game, the game becomes fun and you make a long way, only dying if you forget to use the Waterproof item, like I did when I was playing that game, could 5 be a good enough grade for this game on difficulty?

Combining everything: Overall: 6.8
This is a game that it's worth your play for some time, this game is fun, it is fun destroying obstacles, collecting the items hidden below the obstacles and making your way to the end of the stage, while searching for the items to make the stage end, like the Chalice and the Key item spaces, you won't suffer from ear bleed and will have a interesting game play, even if for only once, I would recommend playing this game for a bit.

I guess this is where I have to end this review, it took me some time to make it since I just came and said what was on my mind at first, while trying to actually review this game in a fair way, hopefully whoever reads this review will be interested on testing out this game, even if for only once, It's because I remember playing this game and enjoying this game a lot, but be cruel or anything to me because of this review, I picked this game because I like it.

Robo Warrior Game Description

In a desperate measure to combat the overpopulation of Earth, scientists work to create an artificial planet named Altile, named after the scientist who designed it. During the construction of Altile, humanity has become united and peaceful. During this new era of prosperity, Earth decommissions the RoboWarriors, a force of heavily armed half-man half-robot war vehicles. But from another dimension, aliens calling themselves the Xantho Empire and lead by the being Xur invade planet Altile and terraform it for their own uses. The survivors of Altile send out a distress call to Earth. Receiving this message, the people of Earth quickly activate the latest and most powerful of the RoboWarriors, a model known as ZED (Z-Type Earth Defense) and send it at top speed to Altile.Controlling ZED from an overhead view, the player is able to move in any of 4 directions (up,down, left, right), drop bombs and shoot a projectile weapon. The terrain of Altile is made up of many obstacles and the bombs serve to destroy these and make passage for ZED. Destroying any enemy or obstacle may yield different power-ups which contain any of 10 different effects (including ammunition and energy refills) which may be stocked and used at any time from the menu. Or the power-ups may be instant-use refills for bombs and energy supplies.Additionally some levels contain keys, which unlock doors and Chalices which prevent the level from running on endlessly. Secret areas such as a Well of Hope and a Room of Idols may also be found. Altogether, there are eight different "worlds" for ZED to conquer, containing numerous stages and guarded by a vicious boss monster.
