I guess mildly thrilled. Aside from a video on youtube and someone on chat no one tried to pull one on me so it hasn't really affected me. That said if people kept doing it I would be annoyed.

The Rhinocerret, In reality though probably Rhinoceroses. Ferrets are cuter but a Rhinoceros looks like a tiny dinosaur, and they also share their name with the rhinoceros beetle which is one of the coolest insects out there.

Yuna1000 : A bit more than an hour counting both pages. Got stuck on one of the harder ones. Math is one of the most interesting subjects to me but It's more challenging than what I'm used to.  Not really able to procrastinate :V

Blackberry tea has always been a personal favorite of mine, though I don't end up having tea too often anymore. 

About the only one i watch is Yu-Gi-Oh abridged since I used to watch the actual unabridged series when I was younger. I've watched most of the episodes, it's definitely one of my favorite youtube shows. Never watched much of the dragon ball abridged series since I haven't watched too much of Dragon Ball so I don't think I would find it as funny.

Hm, well not having to live under the current US administration is one thing that comes to mind. Just looking at all the bills being passed that benefit businesses while the rights of the consumer are being trampled on, pretty much destroying any sense of user privacy as well. I kind of have an middle eastern appearance since I'm half Egyptian so depending on where in the US you're talking about people might think I'm a terrorist. I definitely fit in a lot better where I live right now both in terms of my background and my political views... Somewhat at least. I'm not exactly part of the mainstream when it comes to topics like the refugee crisis here either  but the political spectrum is closer to my views on a lot of things, guess it would make sense and all considering I've lived here all my life.

I wouldn't say I have one I hold above all others. Don't really watch TV shows a lot when I think about it, I've always been more of a movie/anime fan. I guess if I had to pick something then it would probably be between Rick and Morty and Futurama. Those two are definitely an exception to that rule, being some of my all time favorite shows and I've pretty much watched all the episodes of both. They both have some extremely clever comedic writing but can be surprisingly emotionally deep in their subject matter at times. I also really like the old Simpsons episodes, but then it's also partly a nostalgic thing, since I grew up watching the show. I don't like the turn its taken since, feels like the new Simpsons episode is mostly about how many popculture references you can squeeze into a single episode and trying to be "edgy" and cool, I don't think they have the same kind of timeless charm.

Oh... Well, I'll still try to see what I can do. lol And yes! Another one that tries to be optimistic!  =) Yay! XD

The media (conservative ones, mostly) consistently hammer us with horrendous crimes happening in Sweden, refugee problems, no-go zones, etc. Is ANY of this remotely true or it's all a fabrication to stir up negative feelings towards immigration?

Yuna1000 : Not in a while, haven't really netplayed since the last summer netplay tournament barring the odd Bomberman or Final Match Tennis game.

janus : I'd say it's a bit of both really. It is correct in the sense that we have suffered severe consequences from mass immigration due to failing in helping immigrants assimilate. The migration agency is completely overloaded and I would argue personally that it's simply due to us taking in more immigrants we can handle. We only have a population of about 9.5 million after all yet have been taking in more immigrants than many countries with a much larger population. The problem that follows is that the country has become increasingly segregated, more so after the refugee crisis. Malmö which is the city that I live in has one of the highest percentage of immigrants and takes in much more than some other cities. Most of the immigration is concentrated around the South of Sweden and there is a lot of variation even within the cities. The area I live in is predominantly dominated by working class people and immigrants while the area I go to school in there's mostly middle class "ethnic" Swedes. On the other hand cities like Stockholm take in considerably less and cities way up north would seem near homogeneous in their population. I do not see these problems as being connected to muslim immigrants but rather mass immigration from foreign countries as a whole. The fact that most of these politicians live in Stockholm has probably influenced how this process managed to happen since they don't live in the problem areas.

On the topic of no go zones that is something that has been vastly exaggerated. The whole story behind that was that a few years ago they conducted a survey among the police on areas that they have at some point in time felt unsafe while working in and these areas became dubbed no go zones. That police deliberately avoid these areas is completely false and there is a lot of misinformation spread about it even within Sweden because many people have barely been to any of these areas (again ties into the fact that the country is very segregated so people go on what they're told more than what they have personally seen). I would know since I live in a predominantly working class "immigrant neighbourhood" and very near one of these so called no go zones and have been in said zone during the late hours of the night with friends. Of course incidents can occur but it's no constant sort of free for all where anything goes. 

Basically the end result is that you have the extreme right and extreme left both of which exaggerate in their own ways. One tries to pit pretty much every major problem we have on immigration and often times Islam because a lot of immigrants happen to be Muslim (in reality it has more to do with segregation and poverty). On the other hand you have those on the left and within the government that for the most part try to deny that problems have been created as a result of our immigration policy. Both should be treated with skepticism. In my personal opinion the US could definitely stand to accept more immigrants in particular since you have a much larger capacity than we do, but I doubt that's going to happen with the Trump administration in charge.

My summers are pretty unstructured aside from trying to get a summer job. I did get one at a Kebab place this time but that won't be until Mid July-August so until then I probably won't do anything particular. Obviously I'll try to help out at home but other than that probably just doing what interests me like playing a lot of games, and actually catching up on my book reading, maybe try to get a bit ahead in Japanese as well


gamerforlifeforever : I've invested around 80 hours into my playthrough and I'm juts about halfway through in terms of dungeons at least. I was playing it non stop for about a week or so after getting it and trying to get all the confidants maxed (meaning a lot of save scumming) but now I've stopped playing for a bit and played other games. More so because there's been some stuff going on IRL for me right now, like watching my brother's cat while he's on vacation so essentially living on my own at the moment and also to not get burned out. I will return to it though to finish.

A user of this : How it mixes life sim elements with an RPG. It really is the definitive experience for weebs like myself and combines good character development with a good overall narrative (most RPGs only manage one or the other). Making it feel like you're playing an anime while at the same time providing a complex and deep gameplay system with all the different personas to collect and fuse and general difficulty of the game. The gorgeous art style and jazz soundtrack helps too (I never get tired of the random battle track despite listening to it for like 20% of my playthrough).

What? Of course I am, why I'm most villanous villain you will ever see. Why bother with catching heroes when I can reign in chat as an evil supermod. Bringing back the mature channel? All part of my nefarious scheme to un PGify vizzed.

I practically change my look by just going out considering my hair is extremely susceptible to certain changes in wind pressure...

Well I should probably preface with that I'm not the most avid anime watcher, I've probably only finished about a dozen anime not counting stuff like Pokemon or Yugioh and watched/still watching a few others. Out of those my favorite would probably be Cowboy Bebop it wasn't perfect but it's definitely the one that has left the most lasting impression on me in terms of still thinking about it. It helps that I really enjoy the whole style of it and that the soundtrack very easily gets stuck in your head. Other than though it always keeps itself varied and interesting unlike many other animes that tend to drag on excessively. While it's a bit on the shorter side you quickly get attached to the characters and the ending was brilliant (again unlike a lot of animes) though I won't spoil it here for anyone who hasn't seen it.
