That was very dramatic indeed. I never thought I'd get so many answers right, so fighting for a shared lead all the way to the end is an amazing success for me.

I'm amazed at the votes I've received, but what I still cannot believe is that I got three votes in nicest. I consider myself as rather unknown to the community due to my lone wolf attitude most of the time, so it means a lot that I got to "win" that question. Also, the vote for being trusted with someone's life denotes that I may have stronger bonds in this site than I can fancy.

After the recent incidents I'm not surprised I got voted for most annoying, and I knew I'm not in a safe spot for what I've stated about my lone wolf attitude leaving me as some kind of dark horse in this competition. So yeah, a couple good surprises and a couple accurate realizations, not bad at all.

Time to think about council next. My only hope is that there won't be a tie in votes for the eliminated player making this round go to waste. Also looking forward to what the next challenge is, and if possible being able to participate in it instead of watching from the sidelines as a jury member.

I have to agree with Palen my heart was pounding the whole time xD that was a pretty crazy match but it really can be difficult to complete as you really have to put yourself in perspective in how you perceive what people think of you. I was also getting super excited when it came down to me, palen, and blub not because I was still in but because you had me hooked.

Alright, time to do this.

-----

TRIBAL COUNCIL

"Before we get to the votes, let's talk about today's challenge a bit. Deggle here, perceived by many as not being a threat in this game, proved he has the best social bonds with anyone and that can be dangerous in this game. Anyone in the slightest bit concerned about his ability to communicate with others?"

There was a bunch of silence on this, as if the players were ignoring the question.

"Fine, I can see where your heads are at. It is now time to vote."

The players one by one march to the voting booth and leave their votes.

"Alright, person with the most votes will be voted out, and asked to leave immediately. I'll read the votes."

"First vote, gamerforlifeforever.

Second vote, Blubcreator. That's one vote Blub, one vote gamer.

Third vote, Blubcreator.

The eighth person voted out of Vizzed Survivor: Trolls, Dolls, and Bullet Trains, and the fourth member of our jury... Blubcreator."

"Earlier today, as a group, you said gamer was the player winning this game. Given the opportunity to be rid of that, and give yourself a chance to win, you chose to go to the Final Four with him, in favor of cutting off a player you felt didn't deserve to be here. We're in for a wild Final Immunity Challenge. Grab your things, head back to camp. Good night."

-----

IMMUNITY

"Alright, come on in guys!"

"Ready to get to your final immunity challenge?"

Nods around.

"Alright, we've had gaming challenges, puzzles, and trivia, just about every type of challenge that you can imagine. It only feels fitting that we let you battle it out, with no holds barred for the final immunity."

We will be doing a speed run of Sonic the Hedgehog, a callback of sorts to the winner of the first Vizzed Survivor, sonicmcmuffin.

This game is not strictly speaking, easy, there's no chance an undeserving player will win this. You will have to show everything you have in order to have a chance of emerging on top.

You have until next Thursday, the 29th, at midnight, to finish the game, in Time Trial mode, and post your score. If no one is able to beat the game, no one will win immunity. With so much time, and this being a much shorter game, someone should be able to though.

That's all there is to it. The challenge is live.

You must post proof of your score on the RGR Page, as well as in this thread. I repeat, you must post proof in both places.

ADDITIONALLY, AS A TWIST, the jury will be allowed to compete in this contest as well. There are four of you, and four of them.

If a member of the jury wins the challenge, then no one will be immune at Tribal Council, either. You can't just get lucky in this challenge with only one player finishing the game. You have to actually try here.

Well, if the jury can participate, this means we have another big scorer returning to battle the top spot with gamer. Not exactly what I imagined for the final four, but still a good twist to go back to the times where we played videogames.

I'll be away for a few days for Christmas and all so I probably won't compete until next week, which means I could have only 48 hours to dedicate to this challenge. I'll have to extract time from everywhere if I really want to practice a bit before giving it a good shot.

Also, while we must post proof of our score, do we need to post every time we post a score or just the final one? Maybe keeping track of our progress is another twist for this challenge, so I want to be sure about that.

EX Palen :

I forgot about Christmas lol.

Let's make the deadline the 29th instead. I'll edit the post.

As for your question, you just need to post the final one. If you want to post more than the final one, that's fine, but only the final one will be counted. You can strategize it however you want.

gamerforlifeforever :

I dunno, take a video of the entire run and submit the video to this thread? There should have been an option on the game page. There was when I ran this challenge in the past.

Blame Vizzed for being confusing.

The average speed run is 45 minutes apparently? So you might need to break it into three videos.

EDIT - failing the breaking it into three videos, you'll have to find a way to stream you playing the game, and then archive the stream.

If for whatever reason you cannot sign up for Youtube because it will kill you, then I'm sorry, you just aren't meant to win this challenge I guess.

legacyme3 : This is just a quick guess, but we may still be able to do this via Highscore Mode.

Technically, a game like this should follow a cycle in which you play through the story continuously until you run out of lives. Since all highscores also have noted the time we invested playing, if we took a screenshot of the ending screen before the cycle starts again then we could use the stated invested time to determine the winner.

Like I said, it's just a quick guess, but if it can work out I'm sure everyone would prefer it over recording and uploading to Youtube.

Well, time's over for me and I didn't manage to get beyond the Labyrinth zone. Not bad for having started the challenge on Tuesday, but not enough to compete.

Looks like the rest of the participants, just like me, has had very little time to play this due to Christmas. I could have posted a score if this happened last week, for example, but not with the holidays and family taking days out of my time.

There's still time for those of us who are still on the 29th, so maybe we could see someone posting a score in these hours left. I feel a bit nervous for checking that out tomorrow morning.

OK, well, maybe I expected too much. Because nobody submitted something for the second time, not even the jury.

So no one wins immunity. Off to Tribal Council with you all. Any of the final four is eligible. In the case of a tie, we go to a video game to determine who stays and who goes.

You are voting out the last member of the jury. The very last.

2. Final Tribal Council, where jurors will ask finalists questions to help make a decision (due 1/7/17) and finalists will answer the questions (1/10/17)

3. Final Vote, where the five jurors will vote for one of the players to win the game (due 1/14/17).

4. Final Update, where we crown the winner of Vizzed Survivor 2: Trolls, Dolls, and Bullet Trains (due 1/15/17)

?. The Fanfiction begins, where I will take all the confessionals, my knowledge of your gameplay, and my imagination, to write the story of the season out for those who didn't play. This will be a long term goal that might take me the full year to actually write out, if I can even finish it. I've never tried this.

But in any case, it's been fun. Now that we're getting down to the wire, things might start heating up.

OK, so one player never gave me their vote, and I'm out of patience, so we're just going to progress...

TRIBAL COUNCIL

"Before we get to tonight's tribal council, I think it's worth noting that for the second time, not one person managed to win immunity. When you take things out of your own hands, you run the risk of more or less voting yourself out of this game. It is now time to vote."

Four left, all four take their turn voting, except for one, deggle, who seemingly forgot what to do.

"Alright, person with the most votes will be voted out, and asked to leave immediately. I'll read the votes."

"First vote, deggle.

Second vote, deggle.

The ninth person voted out of Vizzed Survivor: Trolls, Dolls, and Bullet Trains, and the fifth and final member of our jury... deggle."

"Instead of taking out a wide open threat, you chose to go to the end with who you perceived to be the three strongest players. The goat was voted out, and now, it's anyone's game. Whether this was a good or bad strategy will be determined in the days to come. Grab your stuff, head back to camp, good night."

-----

FINAL TRIBAL STUFF

Alright, so we've gotten to the final stage of the game...

"First, we'll introduce you to the jury, again..."

pacman1755 :

"Pacman was the first you voted out, who you voted out, perceiving him as a major challenge threat, this was one of the few cases where an alliance was seemingly in play. And he must be feeling a bit embittered, considering he was every bit as deserving as the finalists of making it far, based on the preconceived notion that the most deserving deserved to be at the end."

Patrick Star :

"Patrick, on the other hand, while not a strong player, was very social, and was seemingly social with everyone. Additionally, he had a pet duck that has seemingly survived the game? That's kind of incredible. I'm sure he's going to want answers, since at least on my end, this vote out came out of nowhere."

Furret :

"Furret, may be the best player of the game Survivor here, and yet, he sits on the jury because of one simple rule about Survivor... it doesn't matter how much you know, or even how well you think you know the other players, if they don't want to play ball, and they consider you a threat, you have to go. Being the student of the game that he is, he might have the biggest question of them all."

Blubcreator :

"Blub was something of an anamoly, a challenge 'threat', who was voted out before the merge, but one who re-entered the game via Redemption Island. He was voted out, for being perceived to not having been deserving, which may have been when the game shifted from taking out threats to keeping them. I'm not sure what he's going to want to ask, but he's presumably ready to impact this game again."

deggle :

"You just voted deggle out. He's probably just finding this out now. Man, what a day for him."

-----

"Alright, so here's how things are going to work, each of these FIVE jurors are going to send questions to my PM Box for the three of you. They can be the same question for all three, or a separate question for each. They can even choose not to ask anything of you at all, and merely make a statement, anything is really fair game. Then, I will send you three the questions, and you will publicly answer those questions in a post. Then the jurors will vote on who the winner of this game is, based on your answers, and your overall gameplay this season."

1. PM me your question(s) for the Final 3. You can address each finalist (yoshirulez!, EX Palen, and gamerforlifeforever) once.

2. You may either ask a question, or make a statement, if you have nothing you want to know. You should ask a question that will help you determine which player you think is deserving of winning the game by your definition of deserving.

3. This is due ASAP. I cannot progress the game until this is done. If it is not done promptly, I'll have to figure out another way of progressing things, and that would not be fair to the finalists.

Well, we're finally here. The moment when the top 3 are fighting for the overall win.

It's been two impressive months. We had so much fun playing and sometimes even practicing together the different challenges we were presented. It was very interesting to play varied types of challenges, no matter if we liked them more or less. No big surprises during council have also helped to have a balanced competition all along.

What can I say for myself is just one word: unbelievable. I'm not an avid gamer, though I really like to challenge myself to reach ever higher goals, yet I managed to make it this far. I managed to score in the top 3 and 5 quite regularly, and while I didn't get to win any challenge (though I came in so close) I clearly demonstrated my worth as each challenge passed by.

For someone who joined this game because why not, this has been an outcome well beyond my expectations. Right after the first challenge, where I performed incredibly well, I was always hyped when the time for announcing the next challenge came around. Not even bad experiences diminished such hype, and as weeks passed by I could feel I was starting to get on my nerves.

I thought it was going to be an okay experience, just like any other game or tournament I've joined here and somewhere else, but now I'm expecting a third edition of this contest so I can have so much fun again. I'm so hyped to read the fanfiction and relive this amazing experience, I can't wait to see how the competition was from an outside view.

Thanks everyone for this amazing experience. You gave me one of the best (and last) moments of the past year, and whatever result I end up getting next week it will be an amazing start of the new year.

Before I make my opening statement, I'd like to congratulate both EX Palen and yoshirulez! on making to this point, the final tribal council. Together, we were able to bring 1 member from each of the original 3 tribes to the finale, which I think is awesome.

Now, to address you, yes you, the jury. In the game of Survivor, you have to outplay, outwit, and outlast. Here, the outplay is outgame, but either way, I clearly outclassed the other finalists in all 3 phases.

OUTGAME: I came into this game not expecting to be super invested into the competition, but as soon as that first immunity challenge started, I switched gears and went into full on gamer mode, quickly establishing myself as the big challenge threat by getting the highest score out of every player, not just my tribemates in the first 2 challenges. I won more pre-merge immunities and individual immunities than Palen and yoshi combined, which clearly shows that I outgamed my fellow competitors. While I'm willing to admit that towards the end I wasn't as dominant as I was at the start in challenges, I used my brain to avoid getting voted out, which brings me to the next phase of the game.

OUTWIT: After my first individual immunity win, I had to start using my brain and communication skills more than ever to keep myself in the game, since the immunities started becoming less about gaming and more about puzzles and quizzes. The one moment that I think all of you remember is when I pulled off the fake idol trick. In a game where fake idols more than not haven't effected the outcome of the game, I pulled it off in spectacular fashion, knocking out Furret, the guy who I viewed to be the biggest puzzle threat and the guy who's the best example of being a student of the game. To do that, I had to abandon my Harte Arbeit alliance, put a fake idol plan in motion and use my perfect poker face to convince Palen and Yoshi to vote Furret with me. They did, which led to what I believe was the biggest blindside of the season. From there on, I continued to find a way to convince them to not vote me out up until this point, which is why I am standing here today, asking you to vote for me. The other 2 remaining guys had multiple chances to send the guy who was viewed as the biggest challenge threat, the smartest, and the most likely to win to the jury, but decided to take out the others instead. I'm last man standing who used any strategy to get myself here, which brings me to the last part, outlast.

OUTLAST: As I said earlier, I established myself as the biggest challenge threat, and later on as the smartest, yet I managed to get to the final tribal while the only other guy who I felt was a threat to me in the gaming department, Pacman1755, and the Survivor expert Furret, are sitting on the jury. I'm also the last Harte Arbeit member standing.

I think I've made my case very clear, I outwitted, outgamed, and outlasted everyone, so I hope that you, the jury, will do the right thing and cast your vote for me, gamerforlifeforever, as the sole survivor. Thank you for taking the time to hear me out, this was a fun journey. Also before I forget, Patrick Star, I'll give the duck back to you now. *hands the duck to Patrick*

I enjoyed my time cooperating with Gamer as well as Palen and the rest of our original tribe members who are now on the jury. I enjoyed actively trying to 1-up each other's high scores to try and better our chances at winning, and it was honestly a shame that some of you had to go.

But anyways, for my statement.

I'm the kind of player who makes sure to have fun along the way, but really get serious near the end since the objective is to win. We all play nice until what we desire is right in front of us. I might have fallen short in some of the challenges, but I did try them and I did have fun with them, for sure.

But even with the competition, I'm still social and supportive of my tribe members. Earlier in the game I found myself giving pointers to try and boost our team but also cure some of their frustrations so it could be fun for them as well. Although this game is about survival, I see nothing wrong with taking time to enjoy everything and help my tribe out a little, regardless if it helps us win.

Outwitting and outplaying is great and all, but I honestly enjoyed outlasting more than anything. Sticking around and enjoying every challenge and working together with everyone is more than I could ask for. except for a win, of course

I'm the kinda guy who appreciates anything he gets, even if its a loss. Whether I win or not doesn't matter, the point is that I enjoyed playing with all of you.

Sorry this is a couple days late. It's been a surprisingly busy 48 hours. Here's your update!

There's been a slight change to how we're going to do this. It will slow the timetable down a bit, but I think this is fairer.

-----

FINAL TRIBAL COUNCIL

"OK, so, each of these guys is going to give you something to think about. In turn you will each answer the questions. The order will be determined by the order they were sent in PM, so as to not give anyone an unfair advantage. You may reference each other in your answers, and you may lie, even, if you wish. It is up to the jury to determine if they are satisfied with your answers however. Remember, these guys played the same game that you did, and they might know what you might not. Do what you think gives you the best chance of winning this game. Just know lying might sabotage your chances. Back up your game, and stand up for it."

"Alright. First we'll listen to pacman1755. So get up here, pac. You're a veteran, so we'll get this started off with someone who knows how this works."

pacman1755 walks up to the jury speech area, while the other jurors watch on in fascination.

-----

PACMAN1755 JURY SPEECH

"My first question goes to yoshirulez! Do you think in future Survivor games having close allies can earn you equal success? That is to say, alliances in this game didn't seem to hold as much weight as some of us may have thought. Do you believe this to be an aberration, and that in the future, more players will be willing to ally up with others to get the result they want?"

yoshirulez! :

"My second question goes to EX Palen. Do you think being consistent in the high scoring competitions helped you get this far? You were not exactly a challenge beast, winning challenges post-merge. As a result, you were always up for vote, but you weren't ever voted out, and I don't recall seeing many votes with your name on them, if any."

EX Palen :

"My final question goes to gamerforlifeforever. Was figuring out immunity challenges worth the battle? It's clear you won a lot of challenges, especially before the merge, for your tribe, and you were always a heavy challenge threat. Tell me what you got out of this game and the challenges."

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINALISTS

You will answer the questions in the order they were asked. For this first round of questioning, the order goes "yoshirulez!, followed by EX Palen, and then gamerforlifeforever."

You may not post before you are allowed to post. Failure to comply will be met with restrictions, and be shown as an inability to follow directions. This may or may not be seen poorly by the jury.

So, yoshirulez! will start us off. Once all three finalists have answered the first wave of questions, we will move on to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th rounds. Once the 5th round has concluded, the game will culminate in a final vote. Since this is a TDV month, and I know at least two of you are in the top 10 for the competition, there should be few excuses here.

Yes, I do think that in future Survivor games that allies can make you just as successful, and potentially even more successful than usual depending on the conditions of future Survivor games. As you know, this one worked a slight bit different from the first one (as far as I know at least, last survivor I stopped paying attention) so there's always a chance things'll be different. But as a general rule, allies typically equal success as long as everyone's on the same page. Something I would like to add though, is that early on alliances didn't hold much weight but a bit after the merge the alliance that was formed caused the game to be the way it is now. It wouldn't be much of a stretch to say that alliances were actually a little more effective than in the first survivor. Assuming that anyone learns from this round of survivor, people will definitely be more willing to form an alliance.
