It depends on who I'm apologising to, or more so if I did anything wrong.

I feel like I apologize often, especially when texting people. They don't always answer and if they take a few days to answer I'll send the same text again but add an apology in case they saw the first one and were too busy.

I also apologize to my family frequently since I can easily get angry at my brother and sister and they're sometimes around to see it or hear it.

I actually say sorry a lot more than I should. I'm very considerate of other's feelings if I care enough for that person and I can say sorry a million times for the most minor thing. However if I don't care much for the person or they deserved me telling them off I'm not going to say sorry. I'm both really stubborn but also apologize quickly given the right scenario, lol.

Well, I'm Canadian and we often say 'sorry' a lot and we say sorry for saying sorry multiple times, but when I usually apologize... I really do mean it. I'll often say sorry when I get in someone's way; I find it rude to do so and when they say, 'It's alright' I feel like anything had happened.

There was a time when I would say sorry a lot for a lot of things, and then one day, someone laughed and asked me, "What are you saying sorry for?" It wasn't as if I had done anything wrong, but that moment made me realize that I said sorry too often, and that I really shouldn't be saying it that much in case my words lost meaning or began to sound insincere. After that revelation, I made a conscious effort to stop saying the word "sorry" until I was able to only say it when I truly did something wrong and needed to apologize. On occasion, I still find myself saying it sometimes when I accidentally do something outrageous and my friends laugh with me at how ridiculous the situation became. ^^0;;
