Ah, social media. That thing that most of my peers in high school can't stay away from. XD

What social media are you on? If you're on more than one, which one are you on the most?

I'm only on Facebook because that's the only social media I've ever been interested in. I'm not even that interested in Facebook, either. I'm usually only on it for about 5 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Sometimes I go on there because I feel like it. Most of the time I go on there because my mom keeps sharing a bunch of links to my timeline and keeps asking me to look at them.

Edit: OK, forgot to mention that vizzed counts. XD

Facebook for reasons. To keep in touch with those on vizzed when I am not around here. Plus its easier to use. I don't really go to Instagram and such. Well I am on others...I have twitter but I only use it for streaming, or when I talk to my streamer friends. Well I had to edit this so...I looked up on Google to remember other social medias. I have skype which I am on sometimes. I have youtube account as well...pintrest it helps me to find food recipes and also nice jewellery designs. What else...google but I don't really use it so much not unless if I am searching for things which I mostly use it for. Yep that's about it. I am now happy with this reply. ^^

Eniitan : Yeah, Facebook has always been pretty easy for me to navigate. However, they make too many updates for it on phones. Every couple days there's a new Facebook update. I stop the updates because they take up a lot of space on my phone.

I also use Facebook just to keep in touch with people, mainly faraway family members.

I'm only in Facebook. It lets me be somewhat inactive, keep an album of my photos alongside my friends and family... I don't need anything else.

I only have Skype because of a subject in college, otherwise I don't think I would have ever used it, and now that I passed that subject will probably be forgotten forever more. 

When I get my PS4, maybe I can become a sporadic streamer, and extend the streaming to my PC and Vizzed as well, so probably I'll have to reboot the Youtube account I created, again for college use only.

I don't think I will get to use Twitter. A good chunk of my posts are well above 140 characters, I'm not someone capable of saying something in a limited space.

About the rest, I don't even bother to look how they work, I'm fine with what I have right now.

I have accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram. 

I only truly used the last two of those, and quite often at that. When summer vacation came around this year, however, I became very inactive across all SM platforms. Now that school is starting again TOMORROW in fact, that will almost be certain to change.

Does google + count? XD

I don't have a single social media account, and I am perfectly okay with it. I only have about 6-8 close friends anyway, so there is no need for me to make a live profile for the entire world to see. I've always found social media to be a risk, and often times an obsession for many. I already spend a large amount of my time on video games/ mobile games and I really don't think I need another reason to be on my phone. 

I'm sure I might have one social media platform and college, skype, but that's about it. Overall, I don't see the need to stay connected on social media with 2 trillion other people (many of which could be potential cyber predators) when I already have all my friends and family as contacts on my phone. I've seen plenty of programs on tv that discuss the risks, and to me, it just isn't worth it. 

PacmanandMariofan :    Vizzed is the only portal I use for social media purposes. No other site really nails down my interests and allows me to post to a collection of peers in a memorable way that I enjoy. I like how this site is organized and how we are encouraged to share an opinion that actually matters with each other. My posts are saved forever in my posts log.

 I like how as with any other social media site, you can add people as friends if you find their contact favourable. I may not see many pictures of my Vizzed friends but they are more real to me than any superficial acquaintance I ever reconnected with on Facebook.

 I do not currently have a Facebook page which is just as well. It's better not to have one for people to search and decide they knew you when they either never really met you or never talked much to you to begin with.

I have Google+'d a little bit but that was just mostly to share videos I made for the Vizzed youtube channel. No friends on Google.

Vizzed is the only thing I'm on.  Well, Steam isn't really a social networking thing, and my Google+ is a throwaway account.

None really. I personally hate Facebook and all the crap on it. Maybe I am weird,maybe I am anti-social,but I hate social media and all the a-holes that populate it,not to mention it ruins lives.

Mainly facebook but even then I rarley check it like ever xD I'm not much of a social media person haha

Unless Vizzed (a gaming site), Steam (a gaming network), Google+ (a throw-away deal), DeviantArt (art network), Imgur (time waster), or Reddit (a "news aggregator") count as social media I'm not on any social media. I doubt I'll ever sign up to Facebook for reasons other than future work, same goes with Twitter and Skype. As of now the people I know have no problems reaching me through email, Steam, and Reddit so I have no need for a 'real' social media account. Besides, I am one of those people who hate giving my information to corporations like Alphabet and Facebook. They have no reason to know what I search... <-<

I mainly use Facebook even though I generally dislike the site for several reasons. Mostly as a way to keep in touch with people I've met IRLfor whatever reasons, though I also have a few people I met on Vizzed as friends as well. 

I also have Google+ but it's not really as much of a choice of mine as Google forcing it on me when using it's other services like Youtube and Gmail. Lastly I have Skype even though I'd hesitate to call it a social media site which I use largely for the same reason I use Facebook though I probably use it even less overall.

The only "social media" site that I use on a regular basis is Facebook. I've had accounts/apps like Instagram, SnapChat, etc but none of them really stick or interest me for any length of time other than Facebook.

The only real reason I use Facebook is to keep up with friends that I've known since school. Since I grew up in Oregon, and have lived in Chicago for many years now, it's an easy way to keep in touch with a bunch of people at once. If I had to depend on emailing each of them, I know that I would quickly lose touch with a lot of people.

Boxia : Snapchat and Instagram seem to be a lot more fun than the "regular" Facebook and Twitter. I'm not interested in them, but they do seem like they could be fun. Especially during the school year.  

I find it more fun to be on social media during the school year (but not at school) since I have more to post about and that's when my school friends are more active on it usually.

Razor-987 : I'll count Google+ even though I don't like it XD I probably wouldn't be on any social media either if it wasn't for the fact that for some of my family members, it's the only way I can talk to them or see what they're up to.

Chindogu : I count vizzed and Google+ as social media.

I have a google plus account for youtube and gmail and ThatTurnaboutGroup. Skype I use mainly to talk to a group I am in (ThatTurnaboutGroup). I also have a twitter and facebook account for both talking to family and people around my area. You don't need to use google plus anymore I think for youtube but I really like google plus as it links with my gmail so I will continue to use it. Finally i have a Vine account.

No doubt. I have heard of people being fired and/or arrested due to stupid posts and pics.

It is like anything else,you have to use it within reason. An easy way to do it is,if you do not want the world to know it,do not post it.
