I know of plueral effusion as a name for water in the lungs, and there are others based on what is causing it. pneumonia is more of a mucus liquid in the lungs I believe. There is also pulmonary edema, which I believe is most common.

But yeah, I am really sad to hear that you're in the hospital, and I hope you get better soon.

My brother had to go through with this when he was 7. He's had quite a few asthma attacks and has a weak immune system too, so thats one hell of a double whammy.
