I loved the original N64 one. Unfortunately, I was 10 or 12 when I played it, so I never finished. I fell for one of Gamestop's offers, where I sold all my good N64 games and bought a few crappy Gamecube games. I just went on Ebay the other day and bought Banjo-Kazooie again, so I can try to beat it on my old N64.
Banjo-Tooie was somewhat fun, but multiplayer was the part I really enjoyed. Having Banjo and Kazooie split up was an average idea, but not great.

EDIT: I bought both of them off Ebay. I'm working on the Ice world on Banjo Kazooie before I start Banjo Tooie. Now that I'm good at games, I'm ready to challenge Gruntilda as soon as I can find her. I don't know the emoticon for a creepy, plotting smile.

The DK64 and Banjo-Kazooie games were some of the most enjoyable, expansive games for the N64. Incidentally, they were all made by the same company, Rare. The music is awesome, but they reused a lot of the music from DK64 in Banjo Kazooie, with minor alterations.

It is very good, not the best thing ever, but I like it. Banjo Kazooie is the very game I enjoyed playing, but it is not my best game ever
