I want to bring back Pokemon Osmium, but in other formats, there's the forum game and a few stories already but I want to make other kinds of games in the Pokemon Osmium world so I am looking for all sorts of ideas on what could be done.

Some of the best ideas might be used and turned into the next game and for all I know, Viz could be involved as well if it works. If you bring up some ideas on how to make a better RP, then I can probably make a new one, but bring up other ideas as well.

16 pokemon trainers ,1 prize 150,000 Viz ,the pokemon trainer with the least amount of points will be elminated ,only 1 pokemon trainer will win. Trainers can choose their starter pokemon.

Yes ,but the winning pokemon trainer also gets to share the Viz with the runners up.

This is no longer really an idea, I am set on bringing back Pokemon Osmium with a few major changes. This will probably be the last season (4) but that's because I want this to now be an indefinite game. I really did like having a season by season game where it resets each time, and proves how strong the continuality of the game is, but I feel having one game could be better.

The idea is to have one long game where anybody can join at any time and work as far into the game as they want to and do even more. There will still be points based contests every month that will reset each month and offer cuz to the best players.

To keep battles fair between new players and better ones, I'm thinking of making it so only players in the same route/city can battle each other or making trainer levels. Another big change would be the ability to cash in in game money for Viz once you hit a certain point, various prizes for doing certain tasks, various quests and such.

Any more ideas or people interested? I would need starting staff also, to come up with region, trainers, Pokemon placement, and more.

Here is the plan on how players can make Viz from this game.

Every post made in the official game thread for a month will raise about 10 Viz for the months prize pool and at the end of each month, the 2-3 people who score the most points will get that Viz.

In game money can be cashed in for viz, at a rate of about 1k poke dollars for 100 Viz. Maybe there will be a thread to request cashouts, during the last week of each month, players can request a cash out and the first week of the next month, they will get their Viz. For this, there would probably be a monthly overall cash out limit of about 200000 pole dollars, or 20k Viz.

Poke dollars can still be bought with viz, but thats for playing the game and not meant to be like an investment or a place to store your Viz for later, and 1k Viz would get you about 1-2k pole dollars.

I have an idea. Each pokemon trainer has a rival. Which is a random participant in pokemon osmium. You will fight them many times along ur journey and you have one last battle with them before you face the elite four. You can say yes or no, but I think it's a good idea.

TornadoMudkip : So you were the first person I asked about this, and were you able to come up with an answer if you could be pre game staff? I would probably pay up to 50K Viz total to do two things relating to creating the pokedex.

Also looking for other staff either or the game or comiing up with the game.

Hm, if this game is infinite, then maybe you could have lots of extra stuff after the elite four. Like, maybe the people in the game can discover a new other region, and they can become the Pokémon researcher in that region, allowing new, unique fan ideas for Pokémon surface. Or that player can become a gym leader, or even an elite four for that new region. What I'm saying is, after the elite four, the players can take the role that usually NPCs take. In a new region, of course.

ZeroTails : We planned on doing that in the other seasons and had a bunch of plans but we so plan on adding more post game stuff this time.

zanderlex : I am about to tell you all the different ideas and as well any selfish desires that I have acquired regarding Pokémon so excuse me if this post is a little too long. 

First of all you can develop rankings maybe the top 10 players if not more. Like a hall of fame. You can get maybe some good players to take part on being the Osmium league 4. Some people can be assigned to being Gym leaders etc etc. This is assuming that the player base will be large enough for such a thing. 

Pokémon Trading: I think this will be something that is mostly exclusive of Vizzed, but there could be a Viz market for Pokémon Osmium of course such a task would require some rules and enforcement, but that is just a bit of an idea to stimulate the Viz economy and maybe interest other people who want to earn vizzed by being Pokémon Breeders (basically they aren't interested in the competitive scene and Osmium tournaments but rather they can handle training Pokémon and selling it to their clients.

Don't be afraid to add new secrets to the Osmium Region. Maybe have a couple of friends that are really creative to come up with towns that can only be accessed after some dedication has been put into the game because many players love it when their dedication is rewarded.

Try to see if you can get more people to volunteer to create some media. For example get detailed pictures of each town. I will look to see if there is any templates that I can find to see if I can create one of the town's myself to help you out. That way it will be less imagination and more dedication to the game.

Other activities besides well.... Pokémon. No idea why but many Pokémon players including myself like sometimes escaping from the Pokémon training life and going maybe to the Pokémon casino or even just watching other Pokémon players play. Maybe you could set up a way to use battles between two very good trainers as a form of entertainment. Allow for some Viz gambling or things like that. 

Add some Easter Eggs. I don't know but it is a mainstream thing that many games now like to do and well it is always appreciated by many players.

Collapz3 : There already is a hall of fame and ranking, multiple actually, and being a gym leader, elite 4 has always been an option, but nobody ever made it that far.

There's been a Viz market where players can buy pokemon and items with viz, even where non players can buy items and gift them to players. Breeding sounds like a good idea. No idea how to do the timing though.

There are already so many secrets. There's a series of islands that were only discovered for the first time because one of the players fell in a hole and had to follow a tunnel. In the end, this player ended up harpooing a Suicune and falling off the tallest building in the region into the ocean.

We do have people working on media stuff in a way, somebody not even on vizzed was the one who made the Town map and we have people working on fakemon designs, and a former Osmium staff member is working on doing maps for each town.

Aside for the main game, there's the the challenges, there's the bank, there's even going to be a soundtrack for Season 4.
