Circumcision is definitely mutilation, and unnecessary mutilation at that. It has exactly 0 benefits, except that it looks nicer, which isn't a problem anyway. Anytime that your significant other sees it, you probably have an erection anyway so it would look "normal". I really don't even understand how the practice started in the first place.
