Fire Emblem is waaaaaaay too inactive here, lol.

Hey guys! The concept here is amazingly simple. Anyone who can use Mednafen can participate, and it'll be a winner-take-all speedrun competition for Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword. Starting prize is 5k, and the pot will raise with each entry. Entry price is 100 Viz per entry, which is what the pot will raise by per entry.

Rules

You must record using Mednafen!

You may submit the speedrun as multiple parts, which will help you get your fastest time (and won't require you to play non-stop).

Any/All sidequests will not be counted in the overall time. If you include sidequests in your playthrough, I will subtract the time for the sidequests from your overall time.

You will play through Lyn's quest, then Eliwood's quest. I don't care what difficulty you play on.

Pros to participating

You get a chance at 5,000+ viz!

You'll also get Viz for uploading videos to the Vizzed RGR youtube channel!

You'll get to compete against others in one of the best games created! (Ok, so that's personal opinion, but roll with it)

Cons

It will take a bit of time, so grab your Dr. Pepper and a bag of chips and enjoy!

You will have to have fun. Sorry guys, but it's a requirement. :p
